The flood warning, issued April 20 at 9:22 p.m. EDT, remains in effect until April 26 at 8:00 p.m. EDT and covers multiple waterways including the Saint Joseph River Michigan at Three Rivers, affecting St. Joseph, Elkhart, and Branch counties.
Affected Rivers and Counties
The warning encompasses five major river systems experiencing or expecting minor flooding conditions. The Tippecanoe River near Ora is affecting Pulaski County, while the Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville impacts Defiance, Allen, and De Kalb counties.
In Ohio, the Tiffin River at Stryker affects Defiance, Williams, and Fulton counties. The North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville is impacting Noble County in the region.
