Andra is the youngest of three siblings. Born and raised in Houston, he got his education at Baylor University. There, he served as the President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. During his time at Baylor, he had a football scholarship. He then jump-started his entertainment career as a stand-up comedian.
After getting his graduation, Andra moved to Hollywood, Los Angeles. He booked several national commercials and guest-starred in a few notable TV shows. Eventually, he landed a recurring role on Prison Break.

He produced Dope Friend, and the movie won Best Film at the Newark International Film Festival. During his time in LA, he found fewer opportunities to work as a comedian. But he enjoyed working in dramatic roles on the big screen.
We have to say, one of his most memorable roles came in the CW series, The L.A. Complex. In that series, he had to portray an on-screen homosexual, portraying a romantic bond between two black men. Andra says that he played that role as authentic as possible. Even though he is straight, playing a gay man, Fuller captured all the characteristic behaviors of homosexuals.
To this day, he manages to keep his love life under wraps. There are not many details about his romantic affairs. His dating news do not make it to the headlines.
