Man critically injured in Hickory Hill apartment complex shooting


NASHVILLE — A man was critically injured in a shooting at a Hickory Hill apartment complex Thursday evening, according to Nashville Metro Police.
The shooting occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. at an apartment complex on the 5000 block of Hickory Hill Road in the Hickory Hill neighborhood. Police responded to reports of gunfire and found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
The injured man was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition, officials said. His identity has not been released pending notification of family members.
